- The music intensifies when he gets a call gives you sense something is about to happen
- The house explodes which is common in action movies
- There is a fighting sequence, knocking a guy out with the gun
- Antagonist holding a big gun
- 2 cars clash with each other trying to kill one another
- The Tagline 'Vengeance Hits Home' implies some big fight is going to happen
- Actor has a cast which shows he got injured during a fight
- Actor holding a big machine gun and is shooting at something

Action Teaser Trailers Analysis introduction
Since I already looked at teaser trailer conventions, I am now going to look at 5 different teaser or normal trailers and analyse them in terms of their genre conventions which will help me when I do my own teaser trailer and I will know what to include in my teaser to make it look real.
Action Conventions- Expendables 2
Below is the poster of the action film Expendables 2
- The writing at the top is in thick bold print indicated its military style movie
- The actors in this movie are stars in big blockbuster films
- The backround you see building on fire and planes is blown out of the sky which happens in action movies
- The clothing that is worn by the actors are military type and they are fighting something big and serious
- They are also holding big machine guns and high techs equipment like they are prepared for a big fight
- Direct mode of address
- The facial expression of the actors is that he's focused, serious and means business
- The font of the movie title is thick and bold implying that its an action packed movie
- The tagline 'BACK FOR WAR' itself shows that they are back for a fight and bound to be an action filled movie

After analysing teaser trailers from a variety of genres I decided the genre for my teaser trailer will be Action.So I am going to research all about action films and the actual action genre, to find out what type of things I need to include in my teaser trailer which will help me in my marketing campaign.
